On Sunday, Brett went to his garden to check his corn. He came back to the house with a couple of ears and mom looked at them and said she thought they were ready but wanted a second opinion. He rode his 4 wheeler to PaPa and Ma's house and PaPa agreed so we all got busying picking corn. We had a total of 57 ears of corn ready.
Darby, Tyler, Mike, Brett, Tammy (taking the pic), and Connie (on the other side of Darby) helped shuck the corn.
Brett cut the ends and any bad spots off the ears.
Brett is very proud of his corn. It just so happened PaPa wanted some sweet corn for lunch next week.
